Mark Stopa Client Claims His Office Sexually Harassed Her By Routinely Sending Her Home Made Videos Of Sex Orgies And Gang Bangs.

Former Mark Stopa client Constance Broughan hired Mark Stopa to help fight her foreclosure in 2013. However, he did nothing to stop the foreclosure. 

But that wasn’t the half of it. She also alleges Stopa’s staff sexually harassed her on a regular basis.

Broughan alleges a former Stopa employee David Weintraub and other employees repeatedly stalked her by calling her and sending her unsolicited pictures of his penis.

She also alleges Weintraub and others sent her amateur pornography all hours of the night which appeared to be recorded at the Stopa Law Firm.

Broughan alleges that she received multiple pornographic videos from Stopa’s office manager David Weintraub containing images of Weintraub pleasuring himself. Additionally, he also sent her videos of his wife getting gang banged by other Stopa employees. 

Broughan also states she complained to Mark Stopa about the sexual harassment. Yet, he did nothing about it and the sexual harassment continued.

Unfortunately, Stopa’s imbecilic legal representation and his inability to control the zoo he called a law firm also jeopardized Broughan case.

Broughan filed a desperate “Hail Mary” motion on November 15, 2021 in Pasco County. She pleaded with the 6th Circuit Court to help her save her home. Unfortunately, Stopa’s earlier imbecilic legal representation doomed her case.

Broughan wrote in her MOTION TO DISMISS FOR MALPRACTICE MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, FRAUD ON THE COURT, MISREPRESENTATION BY ATTORNEY MARK STOPA:

“I didn’t speak to him at that time. I spoke with Dave Weintraub and he definitely understood what the situation was and assured me that I was at the right place, However, that did not come to pass. And I think he told me anything to get my money.

That year was a living hell for me, as his employee Dave Weintraub was pretending to be an attorney. He began seriously taking advantage of my situation threatening me and acting like I was going to lose my house (Even though I did nothing wrong). Dave Wientraub from Mark Stopa’s firm began sexually harassing me. He would call at all hours of the night, He would send really gross stuff to me including pictures of himself or pictures of his wife being gang banged. It was horrible and he would not stop. This is a crime.

This caused an incredible amount of stress and was really taking effect on my job performance as an Elementary School Teacher. I started to have panic attacks at work, something that had never happened to me before and eventually I had to take medical leave.         

The only conversation I ever had with Mark Stoppa is when I called him to report his employee Dave Wientraub for his illegal behavior. He told me he would take care of it. Which I doubt he ever did.

I don’t know what Mark did with my wrongful foreclosure case, as he never sent me any documents. I never signed anything after that. I hired another company. I believe whatever he did, is not only up. unethical but illegal. I haven’t read what he was disbarred for life for but I’m positive he was scamming people out of their properties.

Anything Mark Stoppa did with my case should be thrown out of court.”

Well, so much for hiring a self-proclaimed GOAT lawyer!
