The Florida Bar Created Frankenscam Monster Mark Stopa And Now He’s A Nightmare For FDLE as He Terrorizes Florida
The Florida Bar created a Frankenscam monster when they disbarred Mark Stopa in 2019. How exactly did they create this Frankenscam monster? They disbarred Stopa and then washed their hands of the problem.
However, the Bar didn’t go far enough when they were forced to disbar Stopa.
They had the power to request the Florida Supreme Court to bar Stopa from filing cases as a pro-se litigant. Yet, they didn’t do it.
The Bar determined in their own disbarment investigation that Mark Stopa was mentally deficient. They just took his law license.
Thus, they let this Frankenscam monster run wild to abuse the Florida legal system. Now this disbarred psychopath with inside knowledge of the court system is scamming auction bidders and filing frivolous lawsuits against anyone who looks at him funny.
Basically, Mark Stopa has weaponized the court system against all his opponents.

So, yes, the Florida Bar literally created a Frankenscam Monster with Mark Stopa. As a result, they now expect the Florida AG and FDLE to rein him in. In other words, they expect the Florida AG, FDLE and Stopa’s victims to clean up the nightmare of a mess they made.
Unfortunately, Governor Desantis wants to be President. That means if the real truth about rampant financial crimes in Florida got out, Trump and or Biden would pummel him with ads portraying DeSantis as a weak an incompetent governor.
So what Was DeSantis and the Florida GOP’s solution to dealing with white collar crime? They decided to cut judicial and law enforcement budgets.
So now poor FDLE is literally operating on fumes with a skeleton crew. they lack the necessary resources to take down organized financial crime syndicates like the Stopa-Federico crime family.
They are working as fast as they can with the resources they have. However, they and soon we expect to see Justice for the Stopa Federico crime family.
But in the meantime, the big question for the Florida Bar is WHY do all of Mark Stopa’s co-conspirator attorneys still have their law licenses?
Why are they not even being investigated?
